The clients wanted to refresh their guest bathroom in Monroe with a cleaner, more modern look that would be easier to maintain and more welcoming for visitors. The original space had aging fixtures, worn finishes, and a tub and shower surround that felt outdated. The goal was to improve durability and overall style without adding unnecessary complexity or major structural changes.
The project followed a straightforward, high-impact plan. After demolition, the team addressed expected plumbing alignment needs early, allowing the new fixtures to fit cleanly without delays. Tile was installed on the shower walls and bathroom floor to create a cohesive, neutral foundation, supported by updated lighting for a brighter feel. The remodel was completed with a new vanity and sink, upgraded plumbing fixtures, and carefully finished paint and trim detailing. Completed in about 3 to 4 weeks, the result is a timeless guest bathroom that feels fresh, practical, and comfortable for everyday use.
