When the client first reached out, the guest bathroom had already been stripped down to the framing, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Their goal was to find a contractor who could bring a bold, eclectic design to life with careful craftsmanship: an upscale space built around rich accent tile, warm wood cabinetry, and brushed brass fixtures, all while staying bright and welcoming. We guided the material selections and consulted closely on how each finish would work together, then handled every aspect of the installation to bring that cohesive, one-of-a-kind look to life.
The tile work demanded exceptional attention to detail, with an intricate layout, unique patterns, and extensive use of epoxy grout requiring precise execution at every line and transition. From start to finish, the project took three to four weeks of close, collaborative work, with the client and our team working through decisions together at every step. The budget for this full guest bathroom remodel was about $30,000, and the project came in at around $29,000. The empty, stripped-down space is now a functional, cohesive guest bathroom that reflects the client’s distinct style, and the client loves how it turned out.
